Golf apartment, 67 m2
You can’t immediately guess that the owner of this apartment is a strict bachelor-financier, “living on business trips”, the interior looks so cozy, warm and filled with life. The secret is probably in the proper installation of the owner, which he handed over to designer Veronica Tabenskaya (the founder of the Ottepel design bureau): it was necessary to make a home where you want to return. And the house in which the hostess will appear sooner or later.

The whole space of the 67-meter apartment in Moscow is divided into a private part with a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom, and a large kitchen-living room with a cigar corner in the glazed loggia. To preserve the feeling of spaciousness, the designer used a minimum of internal walls: between the kitchen and the living room there is a translucent shelving, and the entrance hall is separated only by lath partitions, which perfectly zoning the space, but not interfering with daylight streams.

In the living room carpet, Jerome Botanic; Dedar curtains; Chandelier, Lindsey Adelman; vase on the table, Mustache, and figurines from the gallery Nido Details. On the left, a partition wall of American walnut, it was made according to the designer’s sketches.
In addition to the work, which takes almost all the time, the apartment owner has a hobby - golf, the motives of which became the basis of the interior decor. A green lawn-like carpet appeared in the bedroom, a wire sculpture depicting a golfer appeared on the wall, and the motif of golf balls appeared unobtrusively everywhere: in the outlines of round lamps and a floor lamp, tables and pillows on the chairs.

On the living room wall is a picture of Pavel Polyansky's War of the Worlds. In the corner is a 1970s Italian lamp made of milky white murano glass, Mazzega; sofa Sheffield, Unico Lifestyle; table made to order.
Installation to do not strictly bachelor housing resulted in the creation of a large kitchen, where behind the laconic fronts of cabinets hides absolutely everything necessary for proper cooking. To match the snow-white fa?ades, the flooring was selected - natural marble. To add geometry and colors here, a table with unusual legs, made from Veronica’s sketches, and bright chairs appeared. Geometry, the alternation of a strict rhythm of straight and rounded lines is generally one of the designer’s favorite techniques. He is here everywhere and nicely links the interior into a single whole. Thus, the graphics of custom-made wardrobes echo the tile pattern in the bathroom, and the strict geometry of the carpet and shelving in the living room is gently balanced by the rounded silhouettes of the armchairs, the pouf and the table.

Chairs and Vase, Mustache, as well as the salt shaker and pepperbox, TRE, from the Nido Details gallery; the table is made according to the designer’s sketches; Chandelier Bolle, Giopato & Coombes. Timothy Smirnov's painting “The Pesticide of Love, or Pleasure and Death” is on the loggia.
In the hallway stands a low chair for putting on shoes, on the wall next to it is an oval mirror with a surprise: a wooden panel with it slides to the side, and a part of the dressing room designed for storing outerwear is revealed. An ingenious reception: a wardrobe opening from two different sides easily accommodated everything you need and made it possible not to save on the hallway size, thanks to which, on the other hand, we managed to enter not only the guest bathroom, but also a full laundry room.
