Townhouse in the Moscow region, 280 m2
Designer Dina Sarycheva created such an interior that the hostess, who had never thought about suburban life before, became a connoisseur of oneness with nature.

With the owners of a townhouse in New Riga, designer Dina Sarycheva from studio Point Design worked for the first time. But the owner of the house already had quite a lot of experience in the construction and arrangement of houses: before that he had already worked on it, however, with another architect.

The townhouse of 280 m2 was designed very successfully: high ceilings, large windows - all this contributed to the creation of volumetric space. Fortunately, the customer did not want to “chop” the house into many small rooms so as not to lose this feeling of air and large space. So did.

The layout of the house is quite traditional: on the first floor there is a common area for a kitchen-dining room-living room, on the second - two bedrooms, and on the third floor - the master zone. In addition to the usual combination of “bedroom-bathroom-dressing room” on the third floor they placed an office.

The owner of the house actively participated in the working process - together with the designer, they went to the Milan exhibition i Saloni in order to see in detail all the objects that would stand in the interior. Designer items were mixed with custom-made wardrobes and wood panels - this is how they wanted to give the interior an individual character, and not just transfer images “from the catalog to life”.

By the way, unlike the owner, his wife did not take an active part at all. I must say that the idea of ??living in a country house (even on weekends), she was skeptical. But the result changed her opinion: she liked the created interior so much that she began to come here more often than all other family members.
