What is important for a small apartment? “Correctly prioritize,” says designer Olga Louis. Because it is impossible to cram everything into your odnushku. “To make you want to go back home, you need to understand what is important to you.”

Storage was important here: the girl has many beautiful things. That is, needed a dressing room. And a separate bedroom. It turned out to be more difficult with this, because the planning did not suggest it and it was impossible to find a place for it.

“I didn’t want to create labyrinths,” says Olga, “there was an idea to make a bedroom behind a sliding glass partition that leaves no traces on the floor and transmits light.”

The stylistic decision was born at the first discussion of the future interior. The customer said she loves pink and does not like sharp corners, and Olga immediately had an association with the works of the authors of the Memphis group, who treated design like a game, used inexpensive materials and happy colors. The combination of pink with ocher yellow and black and white stripe in this apartment from there, from the early 80s, as well as the wall of the Venetian terrazzo in the kitchen.

Pink, by the way, there is not so much - because addiction to it can quickly pass. They decided to add it in separate strokes so that if necessary they were easy to remove. The ceiling in the bedroom-box and the dresser in the living room - that’s all. The chairs in the kitchen are of a different color, closer to the light chocolate one.

Unfortunately, they did not have time to bring an orange-colored Spitz dog belonging to the hostess. In terms of color, he matched well with the apartment and it seems he feels great there.
