设计说明：

鉴于洋房的一楼及带有下沉庭院的负一楼是复式结构，设计师以红酒为主题演绎全新的“亲地别墅”样板房。入户时即开始通过“泗水归堂”的概念将整个小区园林的水系引入本户型，通过流水瀑布的手法贯穿两层空间，并在空间关系上强调了“登堂入室”的豪宅观念，同时层层借景，步步引人入胜。在一个原本只是洋房的底层空间打造出一个堪比别墅的高品质空间。

Design Specification：

The foreign-style house is a compound structure consisted of first floor and underground basement, Red wine is the theme for this model house, the water which acts like a waterfall and runs through the first floor and basement has been led into the house, thus, the concept of elite housing is stressed by passing through the hall into the inner chamber, attractive scenes have been borrowed at different floors. A high quality space which can match the space of villa has been created at the bottom of the house.
