A WOW STONE HOUSE FOR THE BEST SUMMER: IT HAS PORCH, POOL AND CENTENARY TREES
It seems a lie but this house has medieval origins. And yes, he has won his battle against time. And yes, it retains its essence, but with all modern comforts. It is simply wonderful
Stephan and his family were looking for a second residence away from the city, where they could live a lot outside and surround themselves with nature. And this house fully met these requirements. Although it was necessary to put a lot of hand. Starting with the exteriors, which were very abandoned. "A lot of landscaping work was done, to combine native species with landscaped areas," recalls Daniel Lizarriturry, from the architecture studio Lizarriturry Tuneu.
Stone walls of this house in Spain give such a pleasant coolness, that is so desirable in the summertime in this part of the world. Cold white color in interiors design is a perfect background for furniture and details in cream and sand tones. By the way, despite the modesty of the color palette, the interiors do not look boring. All thanks to the combination of stone, wood and wicker furniture with the addition of greenery – a classic of southern Spanish interiors. A special place in the house is a terrace under a canopy. In the afternoon, it perfectly hides from the heat, and in the evening it becomes incredibly cozy thanks to the lights. The pool is organically integrated into the green lawn, and this format looks much more harmonious than the edging with tiles and a number of sun loungers. The quintessence of the southern atmosphere and Spanish hospitality!
