空間規劃

設計師徹底發揮開放家居格局的概念思維，同時以細緻注入現代與臺式獨特的要點，活絡各種生活面向。

若客廳、吧台、餐廳空間既是用餐的空間，也是朋友歡聚的處所，更是便利閱讀的書房，這個空間不再有明顯的定義，誘發人與空間產生更多互動的機會。

更在打破制式格局分野的狀況下，讓原來的公共空間看來更為放大，窗外明媚的陽光，仿佛透過大面玻璃窗隨時向人招手，讓人沿著日光充裕的窗畔享受舒適居家生活。

開放式格局在視覺上放大公共室內空間，更為生活賦予更多可能，完成屋主對家的多種期待。

PS：設計師在如今流行的“天然去雕飾”的裸露結構風中，在本案中主推薦木結構是最具清水芙蓉氣質的一種。

客廳

裸露的木結構，極為素淨的吊頂、地板，是現代風、極簡風與臺式風的率性體現，不遮不掩、大方簡潔。

深色與淺色，氣質截然不同。深灰色大理石牆與長框木牆，彼此平行，配得恰到好處，自然而優雅。

吧台

吧台的背景既是酒櫃又是收納櫃，自由開放，把收納功能發揮到最大，業主可時常邀請三五朋友到家中小酌敘舊。

餐廳

整體的公共空間設計秉承自然、環保、易打理的原則,所有牆面沒有做複雜的特效裝飾,用的是矽藻泥等天然塗料,以突出“現代簡裝”這一概念。

該區域選用的材質也很豐富，有各類木質、金屬材質的工藝品,又有棉麻質地的布藝,營造出自然又具藝術氣息的氛圍。
