    米其林餐厅在进行评级时，餐品的食材、味道、摆盘、制作手法、性价比、创意等都是评比的要素。比如米其林3颗星餐评级标准：不仅注重完美而登峰造极的厨艺，值得专程前往，可以享用手艺超绝的美食、精选的上佳佐餐酒、零缺点的服务，此外，极雅致的用餐环境也是评价的标准之一。
     
    When the Michelin restaurant is rated, the ingredients, taste, plating, production techniques, cost performance, and creativity of the food are all elements of the evaluation. For example, Michelin's three star food rating standards: not only focus on perfection and the ultimate cooking skills, a worthy special trip, but also you can enjoy the craftsmanship of superb cuisine, selected fine table wine, zero defect service, in addition, the elegant dining environment is also one of the criteria for evaluation.
     
    落座于重庆国金中心的柴门头啖汤，是ODD+操刀的第三家柴门餐饮店。除了在色彩、材质、陈设方面营造具有城市文旅特色的餐饮风貌，动线安排、空间互动等角度也进行了特别的历史文化融合。我们认为一间餐厅的呈现不在于外表的风格显露，而在于内在的精神考究。
    BAVIN DOOR-Tau Daam Tong, which is located in Chongqing IFS, is the third BAVIN DOOR restaurant which is designed by ODD+. In addition to creating a dining style with urban cultural characteristics in terms of color, material and furnishings, special historical and cultural integration has also been carried out in terms of moving line arrangement and spatial interaction. We believe that the presentation of a restaurant is not at the appearance of the style, but in the inner spirit.
     
    “头啖汤”，中国人孜孜以求的特殊味觉体验，是最平常但又最玄妙的一种境界。“不用干杯，不用拘礼，倘若累了便放慢脚步歇歇，倘若忙碌完毕便给自己一次温暖的犒赏。”这是柴门头啖汤向食客传达的用餐哲学。如何将头啖汤的品牌精髓与极致菜品共同传递给食客，是这次设计的唯一追求。
     
    " Tau Daam Tong ", the special taste experience that Chinese people are striving for, is the most common but most mysterious experience. "You don't have to have a toast, you don't have to have etiquette. If you are tired, you should slow down and rest. If you are busy, give yourself a warm reward." This is the dining philosophy that BAVIN DOOR-Tau Daam Tong conveys to the diners. How to convey the brand essence of Tau Daam Tong together with the ultimate dish to the diners is the only pursuit of this design.
     
    基于此，本案以依山傍水的重庆城市文化为脉络，融合IFS城市地标的绝对时尚调性，传递品牌的独特气质与品位——要将四季更迭的时间轮换，与一碗暖汤的匠心情意，带给这座城市和这里的食客。
    This case is based on the mountains and rivers urban culture of Chongqing. It combines the absolute fashion tone of IFS city landmarks and conveys the  unique temperament and taste of the brand. The changing of the seasons and a bowl of warm soup will be brought to the city and the diners here.
     
    入口处用青砖堆叠，以颇有味道的“复古”建筑材料实现在今时的新可能，再现现代工业文明下的古朴神韵。黄昏时，在灯光的映照下，另有一番浪漫古都的情怀与追忆。
    The entrance is stacked with blue bricks, and the tasteful “retro” building materials realize the new possibilities at present, recreating the ancient charm of modern industrial civilization. At dusk, under the illumination of the lights, there is a special romantic feeling and recollection of the ancient capital.
     
    步入大堂，完整保留了周围墙体的木质纹理，以一根原木作为接待台，不仅带着装置艺术般的别致，其返璞归真的气质，又似江湖气的老重庆，是一种刚刚好的尺度。
    Stepping into the lobby, the wooden texture of the surrounding wall is completely preserved, and a log is used as the reception desk. It not only carries the chic art of the installation, but also returns to the original temperament, and looks like the old Chongqing environment. Everything is just right at its places.
     
    此外，天花的动线更加妙不可言，借长江自唐家沱至南坪弹子石流域为背景——这段水域烟波浩渺、曲折蜿蜒，孕育了两岸的袅袅炊烟，带给山城安居乐业的生活。以此段长江的水流走势作为天花的动线启发，在历史的掩映下重现昔日山城人文历史与风土人情，妙趣又生动。
    In addition, the moving line of the ceiling is even more wonderful. Take the Yangtze River from the Tangjiatuo to Nanping as the background. This water area is full of smog, which brings life to the mountain city on both shores. In this section, the trend of the Yangtze River's water flow is the inspiration of the moving line of the ceiling. In the historical background, it reproduces the historical customs of the mountain city, and is fun and vivid.
    源于重庆的山城地貌形态，重峦叠嶂的山峰倒映在水中的波光粼粼，以此为原型选用了独有特色的元素吊灯，在氛围营造的前提下，给空间更多城市文化韵致，和浓厚的艺术气息。
    Originated from the mountainous landforms of Chongqing, the mountains reflected in the sparkling water as a prototype, the unique elements of the chandeliers are selected. Under the premise of the atmosphere, the space is more urban and cultural with thick artistic atmosphere.
     
    岛式开放厨房、开阔落地窗，很大程度上增强了食材、食客、环境之间的互动关系。食材烹制过程就在食客面前进行，窗外的城市天际线一览无余，整个空间自在阐述它独有的包容性。
    The open kitchen and open floor-to-ceiling windows greatly enhance the interaction between ingredients, diners and the environment. The cooking process of the ingredients is carried out in front of the diners, and the city skyline outside the window is all in a glance, and the entire space is unrestrained to explain its unique inclusiveness.
    各个包间以彩色玻璃区隔，每个小空间均能自然与长江遥相望见，渝都山山各异，水水不同，食客自有一番与众不同的就餐体验。
Each private room is separated by painted glass. Each small space can naturally see the Yangtze River. In Chongqing the mountains are different
