设计说明

这是一个在深圳很有知名度的楼盘，在销售接近尾声的时候开发商推出珍藏的顶层复式单位，由于产品的稀缺和不可复制性，业主方希望将其打造成为独一无二的顶层行宫。于是设计师调整了原来狭小拥挤的立体交通动线，开辟出了独立的楼梯厅，并将空中私享会所的概念引入，呼应了顶层露台开阔空间的娱乐功能。将一般只能出现在别墅的休闲娱乐区域（如红酒房，视听间等）赋予了一个原本只是简单平层叠加形成的复式空间，为其销售加足了分！
Design description:
This is a very well-known house property in Shenzhen, the developers promote its top-floor multiple penthouse at the end of the sale in order to highlight the sale. Therefore,the owners hope to make it become a unique top palace because the product is scarce and can not be copied.So we change the original bothering space into a separate staircase hall,and the private club concept encourages us to make full use of the recreational function of this open and wide space.What’s more, the leisure recreation area (such as the red wine room, the audio-visual room )which only appears in the villa is now given to a multiple space that is formed by simple flat layers. So ,it's the highlight of the sale!
