In one of Talega’s most desirable locations, Lucia sits in the hills on some of the largest home sites offered. The rich blend of Old Hollywood, Tuscan, and Provence designs are brought to life with fine detailing in three exclusive plans. Lucia’s living areas capitalize on the relationship between indoors and outdoors, grand spaces for entertaining and intimate settings for relaxing, Lucia introduces homes where family celebrations will become traditions and memories will be made. Each residence features natural wood-stained windows, mortar washed masonry brick or stone, or a blend of both materials, rustic pre-cast details, wood shutters, and wrought iron balconies. The design goal was achieved by respecting the ancestral history of each vernacular and carefully recreating its enduring and timeless qualities.
